We require a dynamic lettings negotiator / administrator to join our established team to work within our busy Hitchin office. The position specialises in the marketing of residential lettings on behalf of new and existing landlords and finding tenants their new home.
A successful applicant should thrive on and enjoy the competition of marketing, together with the responsibility of organising and setting up tenancies to comply with current legislation; ensuring that our high standards are met.
Training will be provided, so experience is not essential. The successful applicant must be eager to learn.
All applicants must have excellent customer service skills, be computer literate, have the ability to independently plan and organise tasks, as well as working as part of a team. The position requires that applicants be available to work alternate weekends and have use of their own car.
