Before joining The Letting Quarter in 2021, Jo has worked in both finance and travel, where she developed sky-high customer service skills. She lives on the outskirts of Hitchin and has excellent local knowledge. Add this to her approachable personality and willingness to help people, and she’s perfect for her Letting Quarter duties of helping tenants find their next home, valuing properties for rent and advising landlords.
